Participation in the program is a requirement of employment for new graduate nurses at a participating clinic. Seminar attendance is expected. Any absence from a scheduled residency activity is subject to the Sanford Health attendance policy and any work missed during an absence must be made up. Successful program completion requires the resident to attend all monthly seminars. Accommodation is made for all legally protected leaves.

The expectation is that you will fulfill the agreement to work at Sanford Health through the duration of the Ambulatory Nurse Residency Program.
