Increasing the benefit for our family building benefit, which provides financial assistance for adoption, fertility, and surrogacy.

Fitness Center Reimbursement
Introducing a new fitness reimbursement through NIHCA. Eligible employees and spouses can receive up to $20 per month when attending a participating fitness center at least 12 days per month.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Expanding confidential support for employees and family members by increasing counseling sessions to six per incident to help with work and life challenges.
