Job Summary

This is a remote position. Employee must reside within the US.

Work with executive leadership groups to develop and implement real estate strategic plans to meet business unit requirements for Skilled Rehab, Home and Community Based services, Independent Living, and Assisted Living. Provide support and input to legal, finance, operations and facilities planning departments in the planning and executing of various real estate projects throughout the organization, including; leases, land purchases and sales, building purchases and sales, property disposition, development planning, facility planning and other real estate related transactions.

Assist with the overall development of a cohesive real estate strategy for the various internal customers, as well as the organization as a whole. Assist and manage multiple concurrent projects in conjunction with assistant legal counsel and appropriate executive level partners.

Arrange and manage the completion of projects assigned by leadership. Provide general project oversight, tracking and control for active projects, to include updates on progress, schedule, and contracts.

Work with internal customers, internal personnel, property owners, real estate brokers and legal counsel in the fulfillment of real estate strategic plan.

Support additional special projects and other duties as assigned. Provide research, guidance and other assistance to all internal stakeholders with real estate related projects. Understand, analyze and help execute real estate strategies with a focus on operational and financial best-interests of the organization. Coordinate real estate activities between legal, finance, facilities and operations as necessary.


Bachelor’s degree required.

Five years of Long-Term Care or related experience. Five years of real estate and/or general business experience preferred.
