Colleen Bsharah

Senior Career Development Consultant (BS, SHRM-SCP)

Colleen finds joy in creating professional connections and helping those she engages with discover their career passions. She has seen the profound impact a career path can have and understands how important it is to find the right fit. Through her work in human resources and education, she has witnessed the importance of career exploration for students. She firmly believes that opening opportunities for students to explore and learn benefits not only the students and the employer, but the community as a whole.

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from South Dakota State University. Prior to joining Sanford Health, she served as the HR Director at a medical center and worked in college and career readiness for a school district. Her role as a Senior Career Development Consultant has given her the exciting opportunity to blend her experience in human resources and career readiness and leverage those skills to set students up for success.
