Sanford Health
Genesis Program
The Genesis Program’s goal is to provide community members with an opportunity to see Sanford’s mission, vision, values and culture lived out through the employee experience.
The word "Genesis" means origin or creation, and traditionally translates to "in the beginning". The Genesis Program kickstarts the beginning of a new career for those interested in the health care industry with no higher education or relevant experience.
The program includes four weeks of rotating through three jobs. Participants have the potential to receive multiple job offers at the end of the program for permanent employment at Sanford Health.
