Kaela Churchill

Senior Career Development Consultant (BSEd & AA)

Kaela Churchill is a Senior Career Development Consultant for Sanford Health's Marshfield region. In this role, Kaela helps create opportunities for K-12 students to explore healthcare careers.

Kaela's career has spanned sectors, but the thread that ties her experience centers around supporting community-based organizations. She realizes the privilege she has to continue this journey at Sanford Health and, with her education background, bring healthcare career awareness to K-12 students in Wisconsin and Michigan's UP.

At Sanford, Kaela's passion for her role stems from having the privilege of witnessing students find or deepen their interest in healthcare careers through hands-on activities and interactions with healthcare professionals.

Kaela received a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. In conjunction with her role, she is honored to serve on the Northern Highland Area Health Education Center (NH-AHEC) board as Secretary, a position she has held since 2023. She is grateful to call Wisconsin's beautiful Northwoods home and enjoys taking advantage of all this area has to offer with her husband and son.
