Sanford Health has a an opportunity available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota.

  • Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p and Sat 9a-noon

  • Looking for a provider to join in 2025

  • 24/7 staffed emergency room

  • Cal 1:6

  • Multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology

  • Service region of approximately 15,000 patients

  • Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology

  • Clinic and Hospital are 136,000 square feet; attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
