Referral Bonus Opportunities

As an employee, you are our best advocate to recruit talented people like you. As an incentive, you may earn a bonus when SanfordHealth/Good Samaritan hires an eligible candidate who you referred. Read below for more information on the referral process, bonus eligibility, and a full list of the current referral bonus opportunities.

Referral Bonus Offers

  • All full-time positions offer at least a $1,000 referral bonus.
  • All part-time positions offer at least a $500 referral bonus.
  • Some high-need positions offer enhanced bonus amounts.

Note: There is no limit to the number of bonuses one can earn.

Athletic Trainer All $1,000 up front and an additional $1,000 paid out after one year if referral is still employed
All full-time Clinical positions Neilson Place and Assisted Living $2,500
All part-time Clinical positions Neilson Place and Assisted Living $1,250
Ultrasound, RAD Techs, and CT techs (full-time) Radiology $2,500 up front and an additional $2,500 paid out after one year if referral is still employed
Ultrasound, RAD Techs, and CT techs (part-time) Radiology $1,250 up front and an additional $1,250 paid out after one year if referral is still employed
