Join a team of marketers that serve as strategic marketing partners to Health Plan leadership across the Sanford Health Enterprise.

This role will work with our operations partners as they bring forward new growth initiatives to assess each to determine marketing needs, implications for strategy and action planning, resourcing, and execution timelines.

This role will require the right candidate to be strategic in nature with a strong marketing acumen and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to launch new marketing initiatives and nurture those projects to a level of maturity to then hand off.

Ideally based in the WI/MN region and will either work from our Marshfield, WI offices or have the ability to travel in to that office on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Job Summary

Serves as a strategic marketing partner to Health Plan leadership and works to assess new growth initiatives to determine marketing needs and implications for strategy and action planning, resourcing, and execution timelines. Leads growth initiative launch marketing strategies and provides direct management of marketing team members in defined service lines. Aligns with operational leaders in their dedicated service areas Manages the marketing strategy and execution related to Health Plan growth market and related product initiatives. Manages the content, messaging and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs. Manages costs within a predetermined budget.

Embraces system thinking and enterprise strategies. Ensures all messaging is consistent in terms of clarity, quality, tone of voice, and style. Participates in cross-functional teams for planning and team collaboration. Provides clear direction and vision to the team and mentors direct reports.

Monitors industry trends that impact service areas and identifies potential opportunities. Has the ability to interpret data/performance metrics and formulate high-level marketing recommendations amongst leader groups/stakeholder discussions.

This role facilitates strategic continuity, collaboration, and "hand-offs" across the entire Health Plan marketing team. Must have the insight and experience to understand how to leverage shared work, so strategic efforts are streamlined, and how to identify regional-specific needs and nuances.

Strategic in nature with strong marketing acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.

Minimum of five years of related experience, preferably in a health care setting. Previous leadership experience preferred.

Be willing to travel into the office a few days a month at location in Marshfield, WI, or work in office regularly if in the area.
