Good Samaritan Society – Services @ Home offers in home care services for our clients located across the Twin Cities. We offer true flexibility in scheduling that is a great fit for college students, stay at home parents, or those looking to add a little extra income to their household.

You provide us your availability each month and we will find shifts that match your availability. We offer shifts every day of the week with a great evening and weekend shift differential.

This role will require you to have the ability to drive to your client homes located up to 30 miles from Robbinsdale. Though most clients are located within 15 minutes of the Robbinsdale office.

Job Summary

The caregiver provides in-home care to individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities by providing personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping. The caregiver follows a daily care schedule for clients and monitors then reports changes in conditions, behavior, and needs that arise. Personal care may include assisting with bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. Light housework ensures the clients' home is clean, safe, and organized according to client needs. Additional services may include assisting with exercise, emotional support and encouragement, and mobility assistance if required, for example assisting the client in and out of a bed, a chair, or a wheelchair. We provide client transportation to appointments or on errands. Must be patient, empathetic, observant and committed to making the client feel comfortable.


Must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle required.
