Work with an Enterprise Team to have an impact on efficiency across the Sanford laboratory system. Must be an organized, self driven employee. Working Monday through Friday with flexibility.

Job Summary

Develops, prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, product development and other technical and/or non-technical processes. Researches, reviews, and collects available information as basis for documentation. Coordinates document edit/approval processes to obtain stakeholder input and approval. Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product or process. Writes and maintains end user documentation or online instructional content. Manages storage, cataloging, archiving, and retrieval of documents using electronic or manual systems. Generates and manages change control process to assess impact of document changes and obtain approval to proceed with changes. Manages workload to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. May be responsible for training appropriate individuals on new processes and procedures per documentation updates or creation.


Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum two years in documentation experience required. Project management preferred.
