Job Summary

The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for certain duties including, but not limited to, interacting with customers, helping with game play, assisting with food and beverage activities and other related responsibilities. Provides outstanding customer service and effectively communicates with patrons and co-workers. Demonstrates ability to establish effective working relationships.

Assists with the overall upkeep of facilities. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning. Assists in educating players regarding the game, and directing play when necessary. Maintains golf club rentals including accurate records of golfers renting clubs, services to customers renting golf clubs. Greets everyone and proactively approach customers to support their experience. Performs opening and closing procedures. Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions. Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly. Assists with food and beverage activities when necessary.

Possesses ability to work independently when necessary. Possesses an understanding of food safety and sanitation processes. Demonstrates ability to be on feet for the majority of the day and walk far distances. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Assist as needed with member events. Performs other duties as required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum of 16 years of age. One month experience preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
