Job Summary

Partners with all divisions/regions on sales training strategy and vision. Responsible for planning, building, and implementing a sales development training program and tools to increase the overall performance of the market based sales teams and the skills necessary to meet business goals. Develops and supports a sales training and coaching model to ensure advancement of sales in all divisions/regions. Provides content, development, facilitation, coaching and communication for sales development programs. Assesses programs effectiveness through evaluations and other measurements to ensure attainment of business goals. Identifies skill development trends across the sales talent and assists with ongoing skills curriculum design and implementation of training across the organization. Develops supportive materials and resources that effectively provide support to attaining established census/occupancy targets for all service lines. Provides guidance and consultation to executive directors, administrators, and sales team members and advises on best practices.

Develops and conveys standardized training expectations and modules for each service line, with individualized focus on the priority market team(s) and centralized intake team. Partners with LEAD as well as Marketing and Sales resources to identify, create and update all sales, marketing, and customer experience related JOT training for all GSS identified positions. Supports all customer relationship management standardized training development, monitoring and upkeep in partnership with Data Analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of four years’ experience in sales development, training, and creating sales development programs. Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
