Department Details

As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities will include consolidating extensive data sets from various ERP systems, as well as comprehending the requirements of each system and leveraging the data to develop, implement, and sustain vital applications and tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and foster business growth. This role provides a collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities to participate in high-impact projects while maintaining a focus on work-life balance.

The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of experience with Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent application for report development and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Job Summary

Provide supply chain management with business decision support and analytics. Responsible for providing data analysis to support Supply Chain teams and maintain logistics records in accordance with company policies. Develop (Key Performance Indicator) KPIs and dashboards to support operations, and provide reports and analytics to support supply chain management operations. Perform in-depth analysis to support contracting and utilization activities, and detailed analysis on business functions as needed. Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes. Ability to follow all company policies, planning and purchasing practices and follow appropriate state and federal laws.

Communicate in an effective and concise manner to superiors and assist with process improvement, while exhibiting the ability and initiative to learn and understand business processes. Must be self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment that supports other team members. Respond to project demands in a timely manner and prioritize work load based in timelines as directed by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.

Technical skills, including a familiarity with database systems, report writing and analytics required.
