Job Shadow Program

Sanford Health offers job shadow opportunities for individuals interested in exploring careers in health care. A job shadow is a 1–8-hour observational experience that allows participants to learn about a specific job by spending time with a seasoned professional in their field. This program provides a unique chance to see patient care in action, gain insight into daily responsibilities, and ask questions about the role. It helps participants determine whether a particular career path aligns with their interests and goals.
