Salary Range: $21.50 - $33.00
Pay Info: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a three year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $21.50/hour and certified techs will start at $24.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.

Department Details

Orientation for new team member is 3-5 months, working Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. After orientation, work schedule would move to 4-10 hours shifts, Monday-Friday, with one day off a week. Call is taken once week, and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.

· Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.

· Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications

Position requirements:

· A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

· Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.

· National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.
