Department Details

Observe and analyze systems, along with gathering and synthesizing data, to understand the greatest areas of opportunity within a variety of departments. Collaborate with operational leaders and apply project management principles, throughout the entire project life cycle, to drive continuous improvement, focusing on technical and adaptive change management. Will utilize Lean tools and techniques to develop creative solutions that are value additive in nature.

Job Summary

The HSE serves as an internal consultant, leading process improvement initiatives across a variety of departments. This position will interface with all levels of the organization to lead and facilitate cross functional teams, driving operational improvement. The individual will work collaboratively with team members to design or redesign systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve access and overall quality of care. Possesses knowledge and demonstrated use of process engineering implementation and execution methodologies and tools. Understands business strategy and business planning principles and applies with minimal guidance in project work. Applies systems engineering methods to manage projects. Identifies and recommends transformation which may include new staffing models, throughput, workflow, space utilization, skill/task alignment, etc. Responsible for data analysis, development of findings and recommendations, and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required or 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
