Sanford Health offers job shadow opportunities for individuals interested in exploring careers in healthcare. This opportunity to open to Juniors in high school or above. A job shadow is a 1–8-hour observational experience that allows participants to learn about a specific job by spending time with a seasoned professional in their field. This program provides a unique chance to see patient care in action, gain insight into daily responsibilities, and ask questions about the role.

• This program is designed to allow high school students ages 16+ the opportunity to explore career options within research.
