Our Better Choices, Better Health workshops are available for anyone living with a chronic health condition, including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, lung disease, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis (MS) and depression, among others.
Request an assessment to ensure your workspace is set up for optimal health. Ergonomics takes into consideration all aspects of your job, from the physical stress placed on areas of the body, such as joints and muscles, to environmental factors, which can affect your hearing, vision and health. Request an assessment through your department manager.
When you need urgent, non-emergency medical care, you can use the TytoCare Exam Kit to connect with a provider from the comfort of your home. You can also receive a 10% discount by purchasing the kit in person at Sanford Health Equip or TechPoint locations.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling sessions are short-term and solution-focused. Support is offered 24/7 over the phone to provide you and your family assistance when you need it the most. In-person sessions are also available.

Talk with a licensed professional and certified coach who understands your unique stressors. A peer coach can provide you with support and guidance with complete confidentiality. Peer coaching is short-term, goal-oriented and solution-focused and is available to educators, nurses and physicians.

Sanford’s Family Building Benefit provides financial assistance to full-time employees who wish to build their family through adoption, surrogacy, and/or fertility treatments. Employees who have been employed for 90 days or more are eligible for reimbursement of qualified expenses up to $5,000.
